Patriomanis americanus, catalog number USNM 494439.  Most of skeleton, articulated in matrix.
Some small bones are separated from the block and free (some caudal vertebrae, some bones of the right manus, and some bones of the right pes).

From: Flagstaff Rim area, Wyoming,  South Fork of Lone Tree Gulch.  About 5 meters (15 feet) above Ash F.
